This Week, Right Here - Issue #1
Week of June 22–27, 2026 • A quiet collection of stories, reflections, and discoveries.
✍️ From My Desk
About a month ago, as I crossed 50 subscribers, I changed the name of my publication from P for Parents to This, Right Here.
I wasn’t changing my niche. I was simply no longer willing to narrow what was truly mine.
I had a vision then. Today, it takes its first real shape with the inaugural issue of —This Week, Right Here.
My hope is to offer you a beautifully curated weekly magazine—a quiet window into stories, reflections, and discoveries, best enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee.
The heart remains the same.
The experience is exquisite. ❤️
📖 This Week’s Stories
When Studying Isn't the Problem
Sometimes the struggle isn't laziness. It's being mentally somewhere else.
The Thread Running Through My Day
A cup of ginger tea, a baby, and the quiet realization that devotion sometimes changes its shape.
Sarah and the Potter’s Wheel
A story about clay, children, and how the things we shape quietly shape us in return.
🌾 A Line to Carry Into the Week
Spirituality may not always be found in stepping away from life. It can be woven into the life we already have.
📚 From Another Writer
Every week, I’ll share one piece I couldn’t quite stop thinking about.
This week, it was The Screen Time Taboo by The Tired Mother. It’s not just about screens. It’s also about the weight of modern parenting and how easily we judge one another without seeing the whole story. I found myself reflecting on my own assumptions long after I’d finished reading.
💬 Over to You
What's one ordinary moment that taught you something unexpected?
☕ Until Next Week...
A warm goodbye.
Thank you for spending a little time right here.
Keep a little space this week for what matters.
Until next Sunday ❤️,
☕ This, Right Here.

Sheeba, this first issue feels like a thoughtful widening of the room without losing the heart of what brought people here in the first place. I loved the line about no longer being willing to narrow what was truly yours, because that gives the shift from P for Parents to This, Right Here real clarity and courage. The weekly magazine rhythm already feels gentle and intentional, especially with the stories, the line to carry, another writer’s piece, and the question inviting readers back into ordinary wonder. Grateful for the care you are putting into this peaceful corner, and excited to see how this new shape continues to grow.
